Approved laboratories
Laboratories approved by the Royal Dutch Grain and Feed Trade Association are included in the list of approved laboratories published on ‘Het Comité’s’ website and meet the following criteria:
- The laboratory has ISO 17025 accreditation, or a subsequent and equivalent ISO version, for the relevant grain and feed materials analysis

- The laboratory is a member of The Royal Dutch Grain and Feed Trade Association (Het Comité) and, as such, is expected to keep ‘Het Comité’ actively informed of any prospective withdrawal of its accreditation by the Dutch Accreditation Council (Raad voor Accreditatie). ‘Het Comité’ cannot, however, be held responsible for keeping the list up-to-date, and refers in this respect to the Dutch Accreditation Council’s website at www.rva.nl.
- The laboratory publishes an accredited list of current individual laboratory operations relevant for the CNGD/DNV/GZP contracts (‘scope’) on its website. The stated method must be accredited, and the grain and/or feed materials to be inspected (‘matrices’) must fall within this scope.
- The laboratory method described must be equivalent to/in conformity with the analysis method stipulated by the CNGD/DNV/GZP or GAFTA 124.
- The location at which the analysis will be performed must be accredited for the relevant analysis. In addition, the analysis certificate must clearly state whether the analysis results are within the scope of the laboratory or affiliated company or whether third parties have been contracted to perform the analysis.
